Specific terms, fees, and deliverables for these services will be governed by a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) signed between Nucleus Align and your practice.
3. Client Responsibilities
To provide accurate and effective services, Nucleus Align requires timely and honest cooperation from our clients. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete patient and insurance information.
- Grant necessary access to your Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) systems.
- Maintain your own internal records in compliance with medical record-keeping standards.
4. HIPAA & Confidentiality
Nucleus Align is committed to the highest standards of data security. As a “Business Associate” under HIPAA, we will enter into a formal Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with our clients to ensure the protection of Protected Health Information (PHI). We maintain rigorous physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect all sensitive data.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of Nucleus Align and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Nucleus Align strives for 100% accuracy in coding and billing, the final responsibility for medical necessity and clinical documentation rests with the healthcare provider. Nucleus Align is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
7. Fees and Payment
General terms regarding fees will be outlined in your individual contract. Nucleus Align reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not made according to the agreed-upon schedule.
8. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the professional relationship according to the notice period specified in your signed Service Agreement. Nucleus Align reserves the right to terminate access to our website or digital tools if these terms are violated.
9. Changes to Terms
Nucleus Align reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
